Does anyone know why the Barbecue Cook Off at the Clear Lake (Kemah) Elks Lodge #2322, March 17-18 2017, is no longer an IBCA sanctioned event? I participated in their last event in October of 2016 and they were sanctioned then. Thanks Andrew Smoke N Tunes Cooking Team La Porte, Texas
