L0ins were rubbed a bit with Lawry's seasoned salt after that I layed them in marinade.
Marinade consisted of:lime juice,red roast marinade,soya based BBQ marinade,Lea&Perrins,garlic paste,parsley,salt,pepper.
I let the l0ins smoke for a while then I seared them.
