Since my "stay at home days" and lousy weather days seem to be in sync. I decided to roast some japs in the oven. I mixed up some salad shrimp with cream cheese, lemon juice, pepper, Tabasco and a bit of homemade rub. I stuffed the peppers wrapped them with bacon (ala ABT's) and popped them in the oven to roast.
I knew this was wrong so we destroyed (ate) the evidence, If I ever am questioined by the "Q police" I will deny it and promise not to do this again. :-D:-D

OH! by the way they were good but would have been better smoked off the grill.
