i bought a six pack of costco mini wings with drums. i cut them up dipped them in butter and seasoned. i put them on the ROL and cooked at 300 for about 30 min. the turned out great. skin was crisp and meat was juicy and tender.

What happened to the empty spaces on the tray? Looks like you tasted along the way. Real nice lookin drumettes Bob. When the windy season lets up down here will start some serious grillin. E.T.

this was my firs time doing this. that's what i like about the ROL, it doesn't matter if it's the first time or if you have done it a 100 times, it will turn out the same every time. make sure you post some pics.
 
Heck, I didn't know we where supposed to come over for wrings, those sure look good. Actually the only thing I have ever done in my ROL is wings, thighs and breast. Have not got around to doing ribs yet!

I bet a guy could cook lots of MOINK balls on a R-O-L,, hmm..

That skin looks incredible!!!!!
