im from crossville tennessee and i just bought an "ecb" brinkman smoke and grill and while trying to find mods for it i stumbled upon the UDS. so my next step is to build one myself, i am looking forward to getting started soon. i have read alot on this forum and would like to say that it seems like there are alot of great and helpful people on here, thanks for having such a great site

Doug, you will never find a nicer bunch of helpful and knowledgeable guys anywhere. Welcome to the community and I look forward to seeing pics of your cooks. :-D
 
Welcome to the addiction... Remember, there is no 12 step program for us!!!

Just a couple of things to remember,
1. No pictures, it didn't happen.
2. It's not the cooker, it's the cook.
3. If you have a question, just ask.
 
Welcome from NC!!! I too am getting together my UDS supplies. Meanwhile, the Weber kettle is smokin'!!!
