Picked up a pack of ribbies on sale as well as some nice beefsteak maters and roasted up a batch of Hatch chiles. Mater were marinated in balsamic, EVOO, sea salt, black pepper and had some fresh basil tossed on em from the basil forrest in the back yard. Ribbies had Montreal and grilled over some oak and apple chunks over hot arse coals. Hatch chiles were topped with some Missouri River Seasoning and Rub sent to me by Brother Milehigh(Thanks again Paul). It was a great weekend. I'm looking forward to the fall weather.

Nice looking steak! I know what is needed with my next Ribeye, some Chiles.

I'd hit that! Good looking groceries ya got there Robert. Very good, indeed!

Nice plate Bob! Missouri River seasoning?...never heard of it and I live 10 minutes away from it. Is it gritty and taste like carp or catfish? I'll have to look around for it.

Thanks everyone. That seasoning is some good stuff Gary! Keep an eye out for it.

Three of my favorites there, steak, tomatoes, and chilies. Looks Deeeeeeeeeelicious.

Looks fantastic Bob!! Love the sound of those chilies too. Great looking feast!
