I don't have a Thirdeye probe yet but I do have ThirdEye Third Hand (grate lifter that is !!!). Saved me one day when needing to jack up my car and change a flat tire..

this thirdeye brisket sticker has a very low production number. maybe even in the tens. i had to cut off the mini wiggle rod end and grind the end to a point. this sucker is sharp! 8)

Only about one in 30 even know what that picture is all about, but it says it all. That is a beautiful shot. The brisket looks pretty good too. :biggrin:
