Just purchased an Ole Hickory Ultra Que this weekend and smoked my first 3 slabs of Baby Backs. Found this site and look forward to learning more about the slow art. Yes, it's a gas smoker. But it is a nice one, for the person who does not have the time to tend the fire.......
