The porblems i have are i cant get a constant control over the temp. It is always moving around from 450 to 150 never 225 to 250 where i want it. I adjust the vents trying to fix the problem but never works. I fixed one problem i had with the coals not geitting enough air but sacrificed a grate to hold the coals and put a pan under to catch the ashes. Any input on trying to modify this problem would be great. Thanks.
