I haven't cooked this meal for a while, so I figured why not.

Chops in the freezer

Couple bone-in pork chops seasoned and ready for the grill

Chops almost done cooking over RO lump & pecan wood chunks

Chop sitting on a bed of homemade stuffing

Chop & stuffing served up slavered with brown gravy and a side of honey/brown sugar glazed carrots

Thanks for lookin'

It kind of look like pork steaks instead of chops but that's just me

I'd be happy for that meal.

Also, any links on those baskets in the freezer? We've been trying to organize ours, and every time I try to look for baskets, I find mini baskets that won't hold anything, and then I get tired of searching. Yours look to be quite handy.

I got the wire baskets at a local office supply store. The plastic ones are from home depot. They are an accessory for refrigerators and freezers.
