With the the Live Fire and Freezer Dive throwdowns going this cook falls in place with both. :-D Trying to fit an 18lb SRF brisket I received last week, I had to rearrange the freezer so I found a lot of goodies I had forgotten about. This is some of what I found :becky:

Planned on a few more pics but I had company so this is all the coverage I got for y'all :thumb:

Pork belly which I cubed up for "burnt ends"

Looks like I need to check my freezer a lot more often. Thanks for looking!

I can see the good and bad about checking the freezer more often:
Good= great yield of good eats
Bad= expanding waistline
Not matter, it all looked fantastic!

Dang. You could almost set up a buffet line and let us all pass through and fill our plates :thumb:

Magnificent mega-meat!

I’d agree that’s a double qualifier.

Yessir!

Funny thing is that's sort of how I do it. I do beef and lamb first on sizzling fire then serve right off the grill. Take a shot or two then once the fire settles some more in I put on the wings, pork belly, pork and chicken in general we taste as we go.

Good stuff and it's super fast.
