Everything looks :thumb:, and I think the fish looks perfect. I've only had the little fritters a couple of times, but cornmeal has a global footprint and it's all good.
 
So how do you like it? Do you use that recipe a lot? Thank you for posting it also. Here in the Tampa Bay area of Florida there are a lot of people from Jamaica.
