Let's see the centerpiece of your Thanksgiving feast.
It doesn't have to be turkey. It could be Ham, Brisket, Prime Rib, Lamb or whatever you cook to celebrate all that you are thankful for.

You may submit entries that are cooked from Friday 11/15 through Monday 12/2.

Entry pictures must be submitted by Noon Central US Time on Monday 12/2.

Didn’t think to take a money shot. Can tell you these were the finest breasts we’ve ever eaten. Happy Thanksgiving to all, hope you enjoyed the day with some great company and great bbq.

I forgot this throw down was going or would have taken more photos. My very first turkeys on the Shirley. I used cherry and maple wood. The birds were Harvest brined, stuffed with apples, and sprayed with duck fat. Please accept the turkey photo as my official entry. Thanks.
