Was supposed to be in New Smyrna since Thursday visiting family and taking the camper down, but that got derailed because of snow or something :becky: (stay safe FL folks).

So going to cook some of the food here we'd of done down there. Had a SRF from a batch I bought earlier this year, but didn't think I'd use it at an even as it was kind of thin and one of the widest flats so gonna give it a run tomorrow on the Pitboss along with some wings for people coming over.

I also wanted pimento cheese and had most of the ingredients here so whipped some of that up as well to go on brisket sliders tomorrow :becky:.

Jason, are you sure that's enough for that Pit Boss? You probably need another brisket, 4 butts and a few slabs of ribs. It's just not normal to see that little going on.

It’s morning. I know those tiny humans are already moving...so.....where are the meat pics?
 
That is some competition level cooking there! Looks fantastic.
