That looks great,love the sprouts but last time I made them I must've eat too many,fart city and have never bothered me like that before

Pinwheel skirt steak stuffed with spinach, goat cheese, and bacon, seasoned with homemade chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper, seared and braised in a cast iron skillet and served over parmesan and garlic creamy risotto.
