Default American Goulash-MSU BBQ Style 🌶🔥

Today was going to be a zero carb day. Wife changed all that with a request for American Goulash. Advised her that I was going to try something a tad different than customary burger. Get after it she said. Meats are chopped chipotle pork and chopped brisket. All from the freezer. Garlic Onion Garden tomatoes 407BBQ rub and 1/3 small bottle of Tabasco. She came at me with a can of corn and green beans. I explained I’d be happy to include however I would be eating at Whataburger. The cans were put away. Apparently her Mother included those items. Anyway- just a culinary speed bump. Whether you call it American Goulash or American Chop Suey it’s pretty much the same. Tons of recipes and variations online.
