It was another glorious day here in Liberty Lake.

Pork Butt with Q-Salt, Oakridge Competition Beef and Pork, and Butchers BBQ Pork Injection. All cooked in the Pitboss Copperhead 5 Pellet Pooper:

Yeah. For a day I’m running around it seems fine. I use my Blue Performer for grilling and cant do better than that so I figured the vertical made the most sense. Still have my stick burner but this one replaces the WSM which is going to our youngest son for his new house.
