Some random cooking over Christmas

For Christmas Eve dinner, I double smoked a ham with a maple mustard glace. Oh man I WILL be doing this again.



This of course allowed us to have ham and cheese toast a couple days later.



For Christmas morning we have Wife Saver Wars. The Best of Bridge has a wife save recipe where you make everything up the night before and Christmas morning you just throw in the oven to bake. This year each of us made our own. I chose sweet versus the other 2 savory.
