Prime filets after the anniversay weekend in NOLA

The missus and I were celebrating our fourteenth anniversary, so we went to one of our favorite places, New Orleans, to celebrate. We had wonderful food and beer while in NOLA, spending a lot of time at Avenue Pub, where they had just tapped a fresh keg of Tilquin. We had a WONDERFUL dinner at Lilette on Saturday night. Bone marrow, black truffle, escargot & veal were among the items we had that night.

On the ride back we stopped at Rouses to grab some prime beef, something that can't be found in South Mississippi. The filets looked nice, so I went for them.
