Do you line the pan with anything or just spray it with a bit of oils and load up the whole thing with meatloaf?

Spray the cups and fill them up. Works great.

I don't even spray the cups. There's enough fat in the ground beef so they don't stick. We make these often albeit a paleo version.

Cool thx....yup we nix the breadcrumbs and use more veggies ala paleo as well.
