I have been enjoying the Blackstone since seasoning it Saturday afternoon -
Did some Cheese Steaks Saturday afternoon, and another Cheese Steak and some BLTs yesterday for dinner.
This morning it was on to the Pastrami Hash...
Did I mention we have the week off and this is how we are spending our vacation?? :clap2:

Smoked a corned beef point last weekend...

That looks great! I'm really digging my Blackstone griddle too! Just ordered me a case of Original Philly meat to make me some philly's!

Don - what is Original Philly meat? Scrapple??? :becky::becky::becky:
Cause there will be scrapple on this bad boy VERY soon.
 
Those blackstones sure seem like a versatile cooker and produces some good lookin food in the right hands :clap2: .
The only bad thing is I am starting to really want one :becky:
