I have been enjoying the Blackstone since seasoning it Saturday afternoon -
Did some Cheese Steaks Saturday afternoon, and another Cheese Steak and some BLTs yesterday for dinner.
This morning it was on to the Pastrami Hash...
Did I mention we have the week off and this is how we are spending our vacation?? :clap2:
Smoked a corned beef point last weekend...
Diced it all up...
Fired up the Blackstone and threw on the potatoes...
Then the pastrami...
So happy together...
Now onto the Eggs...
The final result...
Well, the FINAL result is really me taking a nap... catch you all later!
