I've been quietly grilling/smoking in my backyard for years and finally stepped up and bought a WSM 22.5. On the recommendation of someone, I was directed to this site and look forward to reading, learning and of course eating.
I've had my WSM for a little under 2 weeks and it is now properly initiated with 4 smokes on it and it let me know who's boss with a nice little burn on my forearm.
