BKF(bar keepers friend).. Whatever you do, do not use anything containing chorine(bleach, etc.).

brillo works great. Been in pizza joints most my life and a brillo pad will get anything off of stainless and make it look great. As said above bar keepers friend also works great.
I don't understand the bleach part thou, been using bleach and water to sanitize stainless work tables and never had an issue.

My wife buys some generic stainless steel cleaner from the grocery store. Works great.

It's corrosive to SS. If you wipe it down, rinse it off and dry it, you're probably okay.
I guess medium to long term exposure will fark it up. All dependent on the ppm of water/chlorine mix.

I've used comet (with bleach) and scrub pad. Cleans it and haven't had any problem.
