I have a couple of cookers that need some love
What are you using that really works to clean up ?

BKF(bar keepers friend).. Whatever you do, do not use anything containing chorine(bleach, etc.).

brillo works great. Been in pizza joints most my life and a brillo pad will get anything off of stainless and make it look great. As said above bar keepers friend also works great.

I don't understand the bleach part thou, been using bleach and water to sanitize stainless work tables and never had an issue.

My wife buys some generic stainless steel cleaner from the grocery store. Works great.

+1 to Bar Keepers Freind, but be careful to rinse it off well as it contains oxalic acid

I've used comet (with bleach) and scrub pad. Cleans it and haven't had any problem.

I just used Greased Lightning and fine steel wool on the stainless lid on my Traeger 75 with excellent results.
