Started off the day smoking some Linguica and Andouille sausage that I found in the meat drawer of the fridge, gonna make some chili.
Sausage is done and ready to come off
The andouille made a fine breakfast sandwich with egg and cheese on a slice of baguette
Meanwhile Nellie prepped round two as she wanted pastrami
Into the 18”
Ready to pan and foil for a while
Chili is done and ready to chill for some mid-week meals. Red beans, black beans, diced tomatoes along with some corn. Assorted seasonings.
And finally the pastrami
I am not even sure it will be sliced tonight as Nellie is sleeping and I am going to make myself a drink.
