Making buckboard ham tomorrow. Had two 9 pounders in the wet brine for 9 days. Will pull them tonight and let the pellicle phorm in the phridge, then into the pellet grill tomorrow AM.

Started out with some grilled salmon. Tomorrow is phor making kielbasa. Everything else is gonna by played by ear

I've been morel hunting the last two days, looks like I'm a week or so early.
Canned some corned beef last night. Probably going to smoke some venison shoulders this weekend, if the weather holds out.

On Phriday I had no Idea. Turns out it the same as GTR but we went to a Chili cook off last night and no room for steaks. That will be postponed. Phastrami it is!
