Found these a few months ago at Sams. Just got the new Dutch oven so figured it was time. Fantastic day here low humidity upper 70s and sunny.

Light trim, Oakridge Smokey Chili Lime, Penzeys roasted garlic and medium hot chili powder.

Going on the Lang.

See ya soon.

Temps and WX sound awesome. I'm excited to finally be out of the 90s for a bit!

Looks like a great start.

Probe them babies, just like brisket. Just like buttah...

Damn those look good!!!!

Wow!!!

I'm going to have to renew my Sam's club membership, awesome cook!

Here the results. Timing didn’t work out for dinner tonight, so it’ll sit overnight and then we’ll eat it tomorrow.

I snuck a few bites. It’s the most silky texture I’ve tasted. Can’t wait to brown it up on the blackstone and make tacos.

I'm sorry about the timing on the finish.... 'cause I'd wait for that!

I hope the flavor is as good as I imagine.

I'm sure it'll be ridiculously good tomorrow.

Thanks. I would have waited too. But my wife’s BFF called and offered all-you-can-eat sushi. How can I compete with that?! Lost her and both my teenage boys.
