Butcher paper question??

I bought the 24" pink butcher paper to wrap my 2 briskets in. I'm planning on holding for at least 2-3 hours
I've never held anything in my warmer yet and I don't want to screw up Easter dinner so I was planning on holding in a cooler.
Question; After they are done, do I hold them in the paper the same as when wrapped in foil, towels in the cooler?
 
I've held briskets double wrapped in foil then towels in a cooler for as much as 5 hours. I'm just thinking that the paper will leak and not hold the moisture. And do you still add the towels?
I should just man up and hold in my warmer while still in the paper.
 
Leave mine in paper resting on the counter until IT is under 150 then wrap in foil and into the cooler wrapped in towels for at least a couple of hours.
