Pepper stout beef *** for the first time *** on the new cooker

I need this recipe

Smoke chuck roast until it has the color you want. Then, put in a foil pan on top of peppers and onions. Pour a beer in the pan and cover tight with foil. Back in the smoke until the beef will pull apart. Shred the beef, take out any big pieces of fat and mix it all together. if there's too much liquid in the pan, put it back in the smoke uncovered until desired consistence. At least that's how I do it....and the stuff is GOOD....
 
You running a lid? Or is it a Grill? Door to add wood or you pull meat off everytime? :twitch:

Yes using lid this cook. Im sure it would grill well without it though. No door.... hell it took me 3 weeks just to put it together enough to cook.
