I went out for some Chinese today, despite the cold air and the snow.

I thought this was a proper arrangement to start things off.

I put these on the kettle offset with coals on one side.

A little while later I turned them.

A little while more and I put some Sweet and Sour sauce on them.

Here they are when I figured they were ready.

I took a plate with some rice on it...

I put some Sriracha on the rice, because I like Sriracha with Sweet and Sour for some reason. I like it spicy, so I went kinda heavy on the Sriracha as you can see...

Then I de-kebab'd the Sweet and Sour MOINK onto the plate...

And put a little more Sweet and Sour on for good measure.

It didn't suck.

I love your Sweet n Sour balls!!!:becky:
Nice art going on on that riced plate!
So...where's Lil' Lulu?
Phu needs update!
She was watching Nick Jr. with mom while I was putting this together, and she ate some fruity mash stuff instead. Poor girl. I'm sure she would have loved the sweet and sour. I'm surprised she didn't try sneaking any! Did you get to see the 1st birthday photos? If not I'll find that link, those pics are still very recent really.
