Hello Bretheren!

I've been following threads here for a while and decided I needed to join. I grew up in Texas and miss all the great food down there. Fortunately I'm able to make some real Texas BBQ to keep me and the family happy, not to mention many friends and nieghbors too! I look forward to getting to know you all and will try to post some pron soon.

Welcome, did you by chance happen to make it up to Mesquite for the contest they had? Would have been a good time to meet some of the teams right in your back yard....
