Jeremy those nachos look awesome! I have cooked this same exact recipe except for the chili seasoning...What does it add to the party? Glad to see ya back brother!

I coated it in chili powder.

After smoking it I quartered a slice before putting it in the queso... It was a hands down AWESOME!

We did! She didn’t get anything because we couldn’t bring anything close enough to us on the barley field. Now she’s making plans for corn feeders and mineral licks just off the soybean and barley fields, wants a black powder gun, and says Elk hunting in Colorado is on her radar :laugh:
 
Good to see the added jalapenos. The Rotel has a lame amount of green chilies.
 
Both, cover the fatty then the rest of the package goes in the pan
