Saturday Pizzas

That’s a bummer. From what I’d read, they seemed to be the best option with blackstone discontinuing theirs. If I’m honest, probably not an issue for me as I still haven’t made my own dough etc, and rarely use the Blackstone I have. But, knowing that it really wasn’t made that well and will eventually die, it was nice to know that the Pizza Party was out there as a (relatively) reasonably priced alternative/replacement.

If i was buying a replacement to the Ardore today, I would go with this:

Made in USA, and designed with Neapolitan in mind. That said, there is a user on another forum who has made some excellent looking NY style bakes in his. I think they were in the shorter range for NY, 4-6 minute cooks, at 750 ish. Not sure the Carbon oven goes lower then 700.
