Turkey wings. Right at 4lbs. They were huge (that's a Weber 26) Seasoned with Naturiffic Chicken Salt and a couple small chunks of apple wood. I'm watching my carbs so no sides or plated photos. I ate like a caveman tonight and it was guuuud!

Yes indeedy. Great minds think alike. I actually vacuum sealed the biggest one for a big pot of pintos and cornbread in the near future.
