I never pass up green chile since I rarely find it.
 
Oh wow, I had no idea there was a difference in taste. Interesting article! I always go for green chile. I just love the spiciness of the chile.
 
Obviously not this year, but in normal years we would visit Santa Fe 3-5 times per year. The 4 Corners at least twice to fish The San Juan bThere are some really cool places to eat. Now with their current pandemic political climate (Texans stay away) we’ve began making plans to different states. Sad really. It’s a beautiful State. I’ll probably miss Blake’s Lottabuger, Harrys Roadside, Jambos, Casinos, El Bruno’s etc. I always enjoyed shopping spice racks and sitting in the Chimayo Chapel requesting prayers for friends and even an enemy or two, OK 3. I firmly believe tough times do not build character, it reveals it. I’ll never say never, but no plans to return.
