Tastee stuff. Someone mentioned marianating boneless chicken thighs in the recommended marinade overnight and we would thank them later.Well,it is later and I am thanking them.I tossed some Allspice berries on the coals when it hit the grill.DAMMITBOY! This is some Tastee stuff if you like Jerk chicken.

I went to Jamaica once!!! I did not have their original Jerk chicken.I was scared enough getting off the boat.Montego Bay.Never again.Kinda like going to Memphis TN after dark or Daylight for that matter,I love the taste of the Jah Love chicken though.

I like this rub a lot.

I don’t think I shook the bag enough before using it the first few times.

First two cooks and it wasn’t all that spicy.

The third one I had to drink a glass of milk with the chicken. :mad2:
 
Pretty easily my favorite chicken rub right now. I do make a paste out of it with equal parts olive oil.
 
Used it for the first time, on an annual camping trip, amazing wings. Three pounds of wings, gone in seconds! Stuff is fantastic.
