My love for pizza is beyond measure. When I was a child I always wanted to be a "pizza man". Now that I am older, I still want to be a pizza man, especially when cooking it on the grill.

These were cooked directly on the cooking grate of my classic Weber kettle, using B & B Charcoal.

Nice looking pies! I knew a fella that was a pizza delivery guy in LA in the early 90s. Group of jokers beat him over the head with a baseball bat. He survived, pretty chill. Name your 14 favorite pizzas to make.

Congrats, looks like you are well on your way to your goal. Pies look great.

That place would be cool to go, after a little herbal refreshment. Pies could taste like crap, and would still be worth it.
Ha ha! Fact!
Your Pizza look stunningly good.
Direct over the coals?
Thank you!

Yes sir. I filmed a video of the process. Once we finalize the editing, I'll post a link.

Nice!
Time to get my uuni out of it's raincoat (rainy season here) and start making pizza again!

Thanks!
Apparently it is here too, this year:tsk::mmph: Expecting more rain and snow:sad:
