Quick Burger

After making zucchini bread this afternoon, I wasn’t super hungry so I made a quick Smashburger on the Blackstone.

1/3lb Cheeseburger w/cheese skirt, topped with fresh tomato from the garden, spicy garlic pickles and bacon.

Did you forget the Shirley so soon? Thought for sure we were in for an all day smoked adventure.
