Picked up a couple of fresh fillets for dinner, blackened and cooked on the MAK using the flat side of the grill grates, spouse is on a diet so no starches tonight such a quick easy cook yet so delicious.

That looks fantastic! Snapper is one of my favorite ocean fishes to eat...along with hogfish, grouper, yellowtail snapper, Mahi...well, you get the point.
