Pulled Pork nachos for lunch-

Grabbed some leftover pulled pork out of the fridge and made some lunch-

Pulled pork, pepper jack cheese and some jalepenos.

Melted the cheese.

And topped with salsa.

OK- now I'm full. Good thing my daughter helped me eat em.
 
Was trying to think of something to eat sunday. I was thinking about pulled pork on the smoker, but I was decided not to, wanted something different. So came to the Brethrens to see if i could find something I have not smoked yet or something different.

I just have to say thanks, kind of. Im back to thinking about making pulled pork again, sunday
