Deal on Turkey wings and legs from upscale butcher; .99 per lb!
Two legs and four wings for $3.67!
Any suggestions on cooking them? Was thinking 250’ on Weber 18”
Rub or S&P?

Thx Rocky

Hey Rocky! I love seeing those packs of Turkey wings and legs in the poultry case. If I'm just eating them for a meal, I'll rub them and smoke @ 250*. I also like them smoked and using them in casseroles and stew, so then I'll just use s&p.

I love turkey legs grilled. I have had good results with S&P, on the kettle indirect about 325° couple chunks of wood for smoke. Let them go and then slowly move them toward the heat. Last half hour and I like to baste them with a sauce of honey, Dijon, ACV,soy, wostershire. Kind of a followed a recipe the first time now I just stir together and play around to see how it tastes until I like it. Can’t go wrong with salty and tangy and sweet.B6B8AA13-44A1-4484-BD7C-7161070464CD.jpg
