The Welshman is back in the house….built a new bbq area last year and awaiting the arrival of a new hybrid bbq in the next few days.

Its a gas bbq that comes with a charcoal basket. Fill the basket with charcoal and wood, put it over the gas flame to start it up and you can cook without using the gas….or for quick burgers, bacon and steaks, use the gas.

Cuts down on space and can smoke away on it too for ribs, pulled pork, etc etc
