just an FYI since I dont know exactly what your marinading process was, but a picture is a thousand words and that first pic screamed botulism!!!

I thought I heard a scream as I vacuum-sealed the lamb yesterday, but as I've never heard botulism, I couldn't be sure.

Maybe it was closer to one of those screaming goats.

Hope it works out. This stuff is a huge hit with our extended family and friends... and it's cauliflower! We've even started skipping the rice when cooking Indian, as I'd rather have more flavor and more veg.
