Our take on Corned Beef and Cabbage...

Not being a fan of boiled cabbage here is our version of corned beef and cabbage. Ruben casserole...
Pastrami we made a few months ago, sliced thin. Top that with sauerkraut, Russian dressing and swiss.
A baked potato and a little salad rounded the meal out - oh yeah - and a Smithwicks... Happy St Patricks day folks - Sláinte!
