Still breaking in my new weber I 'had' to buy for vacation.
Threw some monster beef ribs on the 22" weber with hickory and cherry.
Used some seasoning a couple of guys sent me in the mail :thumb:





You know me.......beef-love basted. It will save the world!

Thanks everyone! Beef ribs are my favorite. So rich and juicy and primal lol.

Just told my wife we need to try some beeflove. She rolled over and said she has a headache.... :doh:

You need to help me explain what it is. Good looking ribs btw.

Take your fat trimmings (hard and soft...don't matter) and slowly melt them in a skillet. Not too hot too fast or it will smoke and give a burnt taste. I use a wooden spoonula to smash and press the love out of the fat chunks.

Let it cool and brush the beef love on as a slather or you can just baste with it.
I do both :thumb:

Beef love will save the world!

Where were you able to find such nice beef ribs like those? Butcher maybe?

I've searched everywhere here in the LHV..for high quality ones.but to no avail...
