Well I smoked a nice brisket sunday on the uds and had some leftovers. What to do??? Well today I decided what to do with it. I made a nice batch of brisket chili with it and it turned out so good. This was my first attempt at brisket chili!!! After dinner time there was some leftover chili so once again im faced with what to do
this time I made some homemade corn chips and topped them with the brisket chili and mozzarella cheese and a few jalapenos and made the best plate of nachos I have ever had. Needless to say im full and tired now but the brisket was oh so good!!!:becky:
