Fireworks left and right for the Dodgers tonight. Well, I didn't have any so I fired up my Weber instead :mrgreen:

Hot and fast flat iron smoke. Always cooked flat iron to med rare but I ran the Weber high heat with the meat indirect

Carne asada marinade and before it hit the grill

Homemade red tortillas

Cilantro, onions

Homemade salsa verde

Homemade salsa roja

Served!

Worked really well. Still plenty tender and still plenty juicy. Thanks for looking!

Another off the chain cook! Got me thinking tacos for lunch today.

I've been lucky enough to eat tacos with Sako but have never eaten tacos by Sako. Maybe someday . . .
