So I am really bored of my old boring poultry brine - I need some fresh ideas or recipes to try before the big day...please help.

Well, what was your boring old recipe and maybe we can suggest something.

I have several listed in Brining 101 for a start, but seeing what you have might be easier to make suggestions for change.

I'm sure this one is in Russ's list, or a close approximation thereof since that was where I started brining from.
