Good morning all and Happy Father's Day!

Just took this pic about 5 minutes ago. It's been smoking (Traeger Pro Series 34) since 10:45 pm EST last night (about 8 hours) at 225 degrees. It has about 4 more hours before I start checking temps.

  • Dry rub - SPG
  • Hickory pellets

My .02, based on the color and look of it currently, I think you have a lot longer than 4 hours before it’ll probe tender. Good luck.
 
It is now 12:45 pm. It has been wrapped for 1 3/4 hours and the point is at 201 and the flat is around 190
