Trying a mashup tonight - Skyline Cheeseburgers! Mixed a packet of Cincinnati chili seasoning mix and a little tomato paste into some great local burger. Griling it on the gasser, and will top it with smoked cheddar, onion, tomato, lettuce.

Will report back how successful it is.

Baking up some Ore-Ida fries to go with.
 
At least you didn’t wash it down with a bowl of Graeters. Then I’d really be jealous.
 
Well, actually....

I didn't. But we did have some United Dairy Farmers Cherry Cordial.

Don't take the snarky "no photos" comments too personally. It's just that you paint this really great picture of what you created with words. Having even a simple photo helps us visualize what you've said, and adds an additional level of inspiration to give it a try.

I don't take it personally. They really just weren't that good an image. I usually do include pics of cooks.

How about a half-eaten prosciutto and corn pizza from last night for a mea culpa? I put too much ricotta cheese on it, live and learn. Crust was pretty awesome. It's in a box because we had one sitting around and the cardboard doesn't scratch when I use the cutter.
