I just recently received a delivery of 25lbs of organic bread flour direct from Lindley Mills. It was my first time doing this since I couldn’t find King Arthur anywhere. I must say that the Lindley Mills product is on another level and produces fabulous results.

Here’s a couple pan pizzas I did on Sunday using fresh mozzarella and San Marzano tomatoes.

I am not usually a deep dish guy....but your dough looks heavenly...can you share recipe?

You have me rethinking my dislikes for DD.

All I can say is......WOW!!! That looks amazing!!! And I’m normally a thin crust fella!!

I can almost taste that pan crust from here. Looks fabulous

Thanks All!

I use Kenji Lopez Alt's recipe from Serious Eats, foolproof pan pizza. I just switched the regular mozzarella to fresh.

Looks great. I've also been using flour (14%) from them for my pizzas and bread.

I usually don't do pizza in that way, but I admit that this one looks very very good!

Beautiful.

Flour is starting to open up a little. I just got some Caputo Chef's OO from Amazon.
